is this data even available? spotify APIs are rather limiting when it comes to data last time i checked. it's fine for getting artists/albums/tracks and playing them, but i'm not sure about the platform data

Yeah i’d be curious too. I think you could tier it too where you pick artists across various thresholds of monthly listeners
