Been shifting up the gears with our volumetric video R&D, first time we'd captured a cyclist :}} Really love the sound of the bike on the rollers alongside the volumetric capture, its like the noise from an old cinema projection room, the birth of a new volumetric cinematic experience. After the success of our Venice Biennale 2024 AR experience, we started testing a new volumetric video pop up studio, using 8 x new Orbbec Femto Bolt depth cameras, with Depthkit volumetric video software by Evercoast (formally Scatter). After lots of trial and error we now have a stable and easy pop-up solution that we can build on for hopefully explore more with staff and students at University of the Arts London :}}
