Submitting /frametrain and FrameHack for the Purple x Octant #retropgf round.

FrameTrain is only 3 months old, but in these short months we've shipped a ton, and we're (literally) just getting started!

1️⃣ FrameTrain itself, aka "Canva for Frames", an OSS repository that represents the premier no-code Frames builder. It features integrated Neynar & /airstack validation, APIs for developers, and hosting for users. It's a complete toolkit that solves the biggest issue for Frames, the utility gap.

2️⃣ FrameHack is a hackathon for creating Frame templates that anyone else can use for free. It has proved to be a success from the first edition, more than doubling the number of templates on 🚂 FrameTrain.

All funds from this grant will be used for development (fixing those pesky bugs) and as prizes for FrameHack #2 winners. A grant from Purple would allow us to double the number of templates once more with this edition, reaching a total of more than 30 high value & utility-first Frame templates.
