We no longer support directly creating them on the platform. However, if you upload it to IPFS elsewhere, you can manually change the URI of the token to the HTML after creating it and show the HTML as the token.

Just a heads up, the mobile app does not support HTML mints, and will show the thumbnail in the feed.

Might need to add the proxy.

On the “Code” tab, there should be a “More options” dropdown, click on that and than on the “is this a proxy”

You should just need to click confirm on anything it asks you. Once done you can go back to your contract, and then you should see a “write as proxy”
