Manage a few residential properties and I'll tell you that the past 4 years have had higher increases than ever before due to inflation and the lack of skilled tradesmen.  In most cases, huge increases like that mean that they haven't increased a long time and they are trying to meet comps or they want you out. GL.

That makes sense, because with that kind of increase I was leaning toward they want you out.  🤣
