We found that the market maker engaged in the following market making behaviors, including:
🔹On December 10, 2024 (ET8), the day after the MOVE token was launched, the market maker sold a total of approximately 66 million MOVE tokens, with very few buy orders;

🔹The market maker’s final profit before being delisted from the platform on March 18, 2025 (ET8) was 38 million USDT.

In order to better protect Binance users, we have taken the following additional measures for the market maker's misconduct:
🔸Notified Movement Labs and Movement Foundation teams about the market maker's market violations;

🔸The relevant income of the market maker has been frozen;

🔸The MOVE project has promised to use the relevant income of the market maker to compensate users (the project will announce a detailed plan);
