Harikrishnan Mulackal expressed frustration over the lack of direction in Ethereum’s development, claiming that ongoing confusion and disagreements are stalling progress. He criticized the Ethereum community for being unable to agree on changes to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), citing the lack of updates in the last five years. Mulackal emphasized the need for decisive leadership and faster updates, suggesting that Ethereum should aim to release one hard fork every quarter. He warned that without a shift in strategy, Ethereum risks stagnation, with no significant advancements. He also noted that Ethereum’s price performance and the Ethereum Foundation’s ETH sales are contributing to its challenges.
