I don't think that case will be success because there's no one responsible for it as its founder is anonymous. Even if this technology banned in one country, that's not end of it as there are plenty of other countries.

I believe platforms like chainalysis can track transactions on chain and link them to wallets. A feature that abolishes this practice would be great. However, this might increase fraudulent activities 😬
