I have one bike that has migrated to a trainer for Zwift and realized recently that I haven't changed anything even though it's more or less permanent. It still has a stock road saddle and everything. What are the best upgrades you've made to your indoor setup, both bike and trainer accessories?

Nothing. If you love how your bike fits outdoors then emulate that indoors. Tires will wear but that’s fine. You can put on a cheaper wheel. Biggest wins for me are a cooling fan and towels
