Large tech companies are rolling back tech worker benefits. High salaries are not paired with other services i.e. Free Transportation, Recreation Spaces in Offices, Laundry Services, Meals, Travels.

This shows tech is looking for talent and not the top talent.

AI will turn B into a B- that shoulda been a C IMO.
