1/3 So, here my take so far on the channel changes. ✅ ✅ Good 1. I feel good to retain access to posting some channels like /screens /success /memes 2. I'm encountering way less spam. I don't know where the spammers went, but they are not in my feed. 3. I'm not the one for astherics, but the new channel page is gorgeous. đŸ”Ĩ . ❌ ❌ Bad (in the comments 2/3) ☠ī¸ ☠ī¸ Ugly (in the comments 3/3)

2/3 ❌ ❌ Bad 1. I lost access to some of my fav channels like /base-build /purple. I'm sure I'll get that access, but it's extra work. 2. I don't know how to optimize my content for the new feeds. Should I post in channels? Should I post in general? What's the best practice?

3/3 ☠ī¸ ☠ī¸ Ugly 1. This is a big bet by the warpcast team, but I'm not sure what's the thesis behind these changes. If the team feels comfortable sharing, I'd love to know the KPIs before and after these changes. 2. In the technical term, these are "breaking changes", it means it breaks the current integrations. If Farcaster makes these kinds of changes frequently, developers will stop trusting and updating their integrations. For example @automod is not going to upgrade. Many new players jumped in, but the OGs are feeling tired already. That's not a good sign.

Bonus: I am still feeling positive about the channel changes.
