I'm a fan of Mr. Beast's content. Let's breakdown why I believe Mr. Beast is the best content creator at iterating through his videos and learning from it. Mr. Beast and Amazon announced 'Beast Game Show' and the winner will get $5,000,000. This is the largest all time game show winning. So far it has been Jeoperdy at $4,938,436 and the winner was Brad Butter. Although The announcement came in March 2024, but it looks like he has been preparing for this for over a year. In Nov 2021, he create a video to replicate Squid Games. It got more than 500M views in the first month. In comparision the original series on Netflix got 142M "only" in the first month. Mr. Beast understood the gravity of this type of content. So, he started running more experiments. In the last 1 year, he has produced - 11 experiential type content - 18 game show type content At an approximate views per video at 200M, he has ~3.6B views for his game show type content in the last 12 months. 1/3

He realized the demand early and started running more detailed experiments in this category. In the last 1 year, he has produced - 8 "survival x for y time to win z" type of content - 4 "pass x obstacle courses to win" type of content - 3 "protect x for y phases to win z" type content He has also experimented on other factors, for example, - underwater vs jungle vs high-up-in-the-air challenges - take your time vs finish in x minutes challenges - win based on #of days survived challenges - created takashi's castle type challenges - mental challenge vs physical challenge vs social challenge During each video, he has played with various incentive structures. For example, - If you give up x price money, you get y reward - Bet some of the price money to double your reward - Take route A or route B to win more or lose 2/3
