As a business owner, I completely agree with Zuck.

If people are consistently misusing company resources for personal benefit,   actions are required.

Also, I think, a few folks are fired just to set an example. I'm sure many were just warned only.

I think this was probably another dispute and the voucher issue was just the reason given. The original issue probably wouldn't have survived in court.
