It was a Rage Against The Machine kind of run tonight. 😤 

Almost broke 22 minutes…and almost broke my lungs.

Still feeling the effects of a cold I’ve been fighting, so I had to slow it down a bit (23:30). Looking forward to getting back in my regular gym cadence.
