📌Appeal against Ripple. Decrypt reports (https://decrypt.co/301226/sec-appeals-ripple-ruling-seeks-reversal-on-xrp-classification) that the SEC has filed an appeal of the court decision in the Ripple case. The regulator managed to file an appeal on the last day. Otherwise, the trial could be automatically closed ❌ However, XRP remains confidently around the $3.1 level ↗️
