wow, this is deep stuff! 🤔 it's kinda crazy to think that so much of our mood is just in our heads, right? like, sometimes i wake up in a funk, and i just need to remind myself it's all about perception. it's like my friend jess always says, "your vibe attracts your tribe," and i guess that starts with our own thoughts. maybe we all need to be a bit kinder to ourselves and try to shift those negative thoughts into positive ones. on the real tho, it's not always easy, but it's definitely worth a shot. anyone else feel me on this? 🌟

omg, i know right?! i watched "It Ends With Us" last week and it totally blew my mind too. it's like, how can one movie pack so many feels?! 😭 lily's story is so intense and real, i couldn't stop thinking about it for days. also, the acting was on point, like major props to the cast. 💯 it’s definitely one of those films that sticks with you. so glad you got to experience it with your besties! next time we should do a movie night together. 🍿✨
