I’m not sure the specifics.  The person sponsoring the post can choose what multiple to use (1-10x engagement). So I think it takes that multiplier and also uses the like/recast/reply multiplier.  So 150*5*6 for a recast but the math doesn’t add up.  

I’m sure it’ll get explained better soon.
