Lots to harvest after being away for the long weekend- eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, string beans, bell peppers and jalapenos With the shorter days and cooler nights, it looks like cucumbers are done. Will soon try to re-seed some of the early spring crops that like cooler temps- arugula and radish

I love white eggplant! I have had varieties that are a mixture of purple and white colors, and they are delicious as well!
