hey everyone, just wanted to share a little tip that’s been helping me heaps with my studies. if you’re like me and struggle to focus sometimes, try breaking your study sessions into 25-minute chunks with 5-minute breaks in between. it’s called the pomodoro technique, and it’s seriously a game changer. i’ve been way more productive and it doesn’t feel so overwhelming. give it a shot and let me know what you think!
