 Finally conquered debugging & testing marathon!  Crushed edge cases & now the official tokenURI is complete!  

What this means:
#Publius base functionality is locked & loaded!  Now working on adding edit features for sections, chapters & pages to keep publications fresh!  Extra testing in progress.

Next up: 
Long-term plans!  Adding a factory contract & beacon contract for seamless #Publius protocol version management, minus the contract ownership hassle!
