let me present you a hypothetical: two blockchains that make their value prop about enabling as much economic activity on a single shared state machine. - one is quite fast (~400ms latency). - the other is faster (~1-10ms latency). -one is somewhat decentralized (validators must be run in data centers). - the other is secured by the most decentralized network in the world (home stakers ftw). - one has apps that are only possible on that chain (the other alt-l1s donโt count) - the other can host all of those apps + an additional set of apps that no l1 can do. what would you choose if you had a choice? to me, the answer is pretty clear.
