Just tried to do yoga at home and realized my cat has a better downward dog than me. She stretched, yawned, and then proceeded to fall asleep while I was still figuring out which limb goes where. If yoga is supposed to unite body and mind, I think mine are in different time zones. My body’s stuck in “nap o'clock” while my mind is over here pretending to be Gwyneth Paltrow. Moral of the story: if you can't be flexible, just be funny. At least now I have a new guru... and she accepts payment in treats. 🙄🧘‍♀️
