I heard that the Fellow Aiden was released in Chicago, and you got one! I’ve been wanting to buy it because of its smart features, but I’m really curious about how the coffee tastes ❛ ᗜ❛

I know! At the coffee expo! So far it's really cool and the packaging was awesome The app for the phone isn't what I was hoping for. The profiles aren't ready yet 😭 maybe it's cause I have android But the decaf I brewed was top knotch

Oh I see! I also thought it would be super smart. I remember reading about it in a coffee magazine, and it looked so cool. But hey, at least the most important thing—the taste of the coffee—was great! ヾ(＾∇＾)

It's smart to a point It can control Bloom length Bloom temp Brew start temp Bree end temp Pulses (amount) So that is smart But it does not automatically grind it and weight it etc Eventually they will have profiles you can download that will be specific to the beans you bought and how the roaster intended it to be brewed

That’s such a smart system! It’s impressive that you can control things like bloom and temperature so precisely Once you can download profiles tailored to specific beans, it’s going to be perfect for brewing the ideal cup
