a lot of people are most creative after waking up in the morning and corporations really hate this so they schedule 4 hours of meetings starting at 8am to ensure you have an existential crisis before noon and to kill all your creativity so you cannot imagine anything at all outside of your daily work

I think it's also a way to give no leeway and ownership over the best start time for individuals; just dictated by the corporation
