Based on my totally scientific sampling of this year’s Halloween candy, Tootsie Roll Pops are the only candy that has not shrunk in the last 20 years.

There's an ad for tootsie rolls of the highway in Chicago; "as good as you remember" So yeah I can see them being anti shrinkflation
