I use a Google sheet to keep track of my weight training; exercises on the left, new column for each day

I started with rows where the x axis was exercises and the y the dates but found it annoying to scroll sideways throughout the workout. With columns I can see 3 days of columns easily and all 22 possible exercises on mobile.
