I have seen questions been asked about the utility of Yaps.
Though I have my questions too but I will try to answer some to the best of my knowledge.

1️⃣ It helps to determines the number of $Kaito tokens to be awarded to yappers.
2️⃣ It is a flex in InfoFi and a badge resume for creators.
3️⃣ It helps in measuring the level of engagement a CT gets
 4️⃣ Initially it holds 💯 voting power on the Kaito ecosystem but with the recent changes made, it holds at least 25% of the voting power while the remaining 75 is allocated to Genesis NFTs holders and $Kaito stakers.

It is important to note that our of all the Kaito users just 2% have actually earned yaps, that is to say that just 2% are yappers.
