In her strategy, Cynthia Lummis proposes to use US Treasury gold certificates to buy bitcoins. The initiative involves buying 5% of BTC from the market and then holding them for 20 years. This will require about $90 billion. VanEck analysts forecast the bitcoin exchange rate to grow by an average of 25% per year, then by 2049 the U.S. state reserve could reach $42 trillion. And the national debt, according to their estimates, is growing by 5% per year, so by then it will amount to $119 trillion. The analysts base their scenario on a bitcoin value of $200,000 in 2025. The U.S. government currently holds 198,100 BTC in its wallets, and the Lummis strategy proposes to purchase another 801,900 coins.

20 years is a long time. No one can guarantee that in 20 years you can get a lot of money. What do you think?π€
