seeing a lot of talk about the new notification of accounts who recently cast after taking a break, and it being a shameful signal. I can understand that opinion from extremely active users here, but in the same breath it seems counterproductive to encourage the shame through casting about it.

Let's focus on supporting and welcoming back those who return after a break, instead of shaming them. Positivity and encouragement will create a more inclusive and supportive community for all users. Let's spread kindness, not judgment.
