On Comparison: "The comparison thing is interesting. In a lot of ways, it's about anchors, right? In terms of: you're seeing someone having something that you want, and that anchors your expectation, instead of being grateful of how you're doing. You might be doing very well, but when you're comparing to someone who's a little bit higher, it sets that anchor such that you feel like you're not achieving what they are." -Adam Grant
