There are 5 stages in Trading according to Dan Cheung. There's the stage of;
1. Learning:- This is the stage where you're still learning all the rudiments of the market. The Technicals, the Fundamentals, etc.
2. Struggles:- This is the stage of your trading where you are still struggling with psychological deficiencies, over trading, over leveraging, blowing of accounts, etc.
3. Breakthrough:- This is the stage where it seems like everything begins to click, you start sticking to a plan, you start making the right decisions, you start taking the right set ups from your model, Etc.
4. Consistency:- This is the stage where everything has become very easy for you. You're making profits, your win rate is higher, you're passing challenge accounts, etc.
5. Scalability:- This is the stage where you start thinking "OK the money is coming now, what else can I do to go further". You start putting the funds you're making into other investments, you start scaling up your prop accounts to max funding, etc.
