Según el Washington Post, Donald Trump podría firmar órdenes ejecutivas nada más asumir la presidencia de los EEUU para corregir dos aspectos que lastran una mayor adopción de los activos digitales: 1.- Eliminar el bloqueo bancario a las criptomonedas. En EEUU existe un bloqueo bancario a los activos digitales, porque hay bastantes bancos que no quieren trabajar con criptomonedas, lo que dificulta que los inversores minoristas puedan invertir en estos activos. 2.- Derogar la política contable que exige que los bancos que poseen criptomonedas tengan que registrar los activos digitales como pasivos.
