a kid I met at the park asked me 'how do we control emotions?' Well... There, I'm only answering as a friend. 'Everyone handles it differently. As for me, instead of focusing on how I control it, I flow with it. I choose love. I express them in beautiful ways through creations...& U get to choose your ways after asking me, that person, this book etc.'

wanna continue but I realise that I don't wanna sound like an adult-who-knows-it-all because I'm a grown up child getting inspired too. Choosing ways to react to emotions as signals of our senses. So, I play with the ones at the Park & live the moment like them. Freedom. Plus, some younger Souls needed inspirations right away rather than biased elaborations. Especially the ones who love outdoor activities. Yet, younger Souls in arts listen to longer elaborations. & All of us r beautiful. ❤️ thanks w/ love
