i’ve nearly perfected my biscuit recipe the top is a little pale, but by shredding a stick of butter and adding it to the dry mix the bottom comes out perfectly crispy

yeah i got tired of keeping buttermilk on hand so have been experimenting with vinegar and butter to replicate
