Anyone remember Tibia? Would something like this be possible to build now with Redstone or are we still too early for that?

I'm not super technical, so I'm trying to understand the current limits

i'd say so but maybe in a simpler form. i doubt if redstone is ready for realy complex game rules/logics & visual contents yet, but i've had fun playing games on them which none of other previous "web3 gaming" achieved.
