I'm ramping up my French study for an upcoming East African adventure. 🦍 I'm also super interested in Swahili...but one thing at a time. 😅

pas mal! la pratique aidera. je suis française mais je ne le parle pas si souvent. Le français canadien est un peu différent du français sur Duolingo de la France. In African countries the french is more similar to France but the slang and pidgin will be tricky.

I am doing Dutch because my Hubby of 15yrs is from the Netherlands.  He's an old school house DJ 😂

That's really good to know!! Thank you! I met someone from Paris who's willing to chat with me. So, I'm hoping to get more in-person practice. And I'll keep up with Duolingo and see if I can complete the course. 🤞 /lingoleague should help!
