This Wednesday, December 4th, is the 13th anniversary of the death of my friend Paul. I’ve been rather melancholy all day today. After checking my calendar I realized why. I’ll be okay. I just need to be sad for a little while.

Sorry you lost your friend. It can haunt you for years but I see it as a blessing now. A reminder of them, so you don't forget and to know they are still with you. 🫂
