I’m going to stop touching meme coins and start testing apps. Every day, I will test a new app that I come across. If it’s sticky, I’ll keep using it. By default, I’ll leave notifications on so that they have the best chance possible to retain me as a user. I really hope I find some useful web3 apps.

For 2 weeks in Europe I: Ran 3 times Lifted 0 weights Walked everywhere Consumed pastries for breakfast daily Ordered apps and desert for every dinner And in total, I gained 7 lbs of fat. Calories in calories out is still king, even if the food has less preservatives.
