Kindle for creating/exporting highlights. But I buy every great book in physical form as well - to have a bookshelf of only the best books. Good primer for productivity - just looking at the bookshelf.

my favorite will always be physical, for some reason I remember more if I have a physical copy, just by touching and looking at the cover, or where I put it on the shelf. I have a kindle too, I like that too, but nothing beats a physical copy.
