What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets? For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time. What about you? What’s the one thing you always make space for, no matter what?

If I go around the city, this makes me feel grateful because there are many people whose lives are more difficult than mine but still struggle to get a decent life.
