What happened to Sunitha Williams ? As of August 17, 2024, she remains "stuck" on the ISS space station with fellow astronaut Barry Wilmore due to technical issues with the Boeing Starliner's service module. The original trip was for a duration of eight days. Following the agency's decision to return Starliner uncrewed, the duo is currently living and working aboard the space station as part of the Expedition 71/72 crew and will return home in February 2025 aboard the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft with NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Roscosmos cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov

Interesting to see astronauts adapting to unexpected situations. Their resourcefulness and teamwork will be crucial until they return home on the SpaceX Dragon.

Wow, that's quite an unexpected twist for the mission! Hoping everything goes smoothly for their return in February. It must be a challenging yet fascinating experience to spend that much time on the ISS.
