Thanks. We wanted to do it in a way where DAOs having < 100 members can still incorporate and the moment they have >100 members they click into a DUNA. Hence, the oscillation mechanism we engineered between UNA & DUNA. We see it as a natural progression on any DAO. Where they would start with 2 members and then grow to > 100

2/ Why it’s needed: DUNAs offer the only U.S. legal structure that combines DAO recognition, member protection, and decentralized governance. Operating without legal status exposes DAOs to partnership liability risks, as demonstrated by the Ooki DAO case.
