The wild theory over at Twitter, which is honestly quite plausible, is that Elon Musk used software voice modulation to cosplay as an Elon-simpluencer.

The accent & speech pattern is already the same but there are also at least two twitter spaces where the guy used "I" when referring to an action Elon Musk took.

At 3:38-3:40 Adrian slips up and calls himself Elon.

I would be beyond shocked if it's not him.  The voice, the cadence, the laugh, it sounds identical.
