I had Influenza A for the past 10 days and it absolutely wrecked havoc in my household. 41°C fever, coughing blood, migraines, vomiting - we had it all.

Is this year's flu strain on some sort of steroids or are our immunities completely f*cked since COVID?

Hopefully you're getting past it now, sounds like an awful one. I've had a bit of a cold for the past couple weeks and it's been awful enough. I'm sure it's a bit of both.

Likely a little column A a little column B. It's a particularly severe flu year which can happen depending on strain and vaccine selection (plus RSV and noro are also going around and people are getting them at the same time 😭)
