We need to use the word "Western Supremacist" more commonly.

Western Supremacist is different from White Supremacist, but there is a deep overlap.

The word would describe the kind of person who typically uses "Western values" to justify anything, including invasions, sanctions, or genocides. They consider collectivist cultures "lesser" than individualist cultures, and that would be enough justification to TEACH them the right way until they die.

Sam Harris, Bill Maher, most liberal politicians belong to this group.

"Western Supremacist"s (or perhaps North Atlantic Supremacist?) are openly declaring superiority because that's where the Overton Window is today.

I think the ideologies that have 95%+ overlap with ethnic supremacy should be treated the same as how we treat ethnic supremacy (a.k.a. Nazism)
