This is why I don't get the anon stuff. What is stopping you now? Why doesn't a comment have value based on it's content rather than who posted it or whether they're anonymous? What is it about an anon account that adds value? I don't see it so I'm not touching these coins but that's why I miss a lot of stuff around here it just goes over my head 😂

It's a bigger account with a lot of built-in followers. But IMHO that use case is cringe. Feels grifty. To me it's the provable anonymity that is the stronger point.

Yeah but it still seems boring if it's just people's hot takes about crypto protocols or whatever. Is anybody using these things for something important?

Technically, you can. People can leak, whistleblow stuff with provable anonymity.

If it's really true I'd start counting down to the CIA shutting it down in 10, 9, 8... Lol but idk maybe it is an important thing for humanity, as a tool against censorship. But I bet they can still track it really, through people's internet or phones or something. Idk, I guess I need to think more about this, I was just going off the casts I've seen which is just meaningless coin drama.

Fwiw zk-tech is fascinating and this is one of the earliest applications of it. Highly recommend researching it. In fact, @askgina.eth can you draft a few practical applications of zk-tech we may see in near future?

Ok I thought it was just a supercast app feature. It makes more sense that vitalik would get interested because of the zk tech application though.

It actually started as that, under @superanon, with app-level anonymity protection. Then a few steps (AI agent, token, etc. things I was saying that stray us further from the light of God) later, we now have @anoncast with the zk-proven anonymity.
