Gotta say, being a photographer that doesn't shoot inherently beautiful subject/subject matter feels like a disadvantage here, oddly enough

During my morning mindfulness, I found it hard to detach my thinking mind from my sense of awareness

I realized that I was holding onto too many problems, too many to-dos

After the meditation, I brain dumped all my to-dos onto one sticky note

It worked. I felt peace ✨
