i find that there is a part of me that is always reflecting and expressing the current market. 

things got a lot clearer for me when i started to label thoughts and ideas as that.

it becomes a signal in its own right, and allows me to pause and ask if i really think that or is that just the current thing/vibe.

that's the harder part, but scrolling through your recently liked tweets or the timeline can be an easy check
