We are still learning how to function optimally in our current reality. We haven't tried another one yet. Is the addiction factor for the kids more or less strong than tv/Nintendo? I feel like I couldn't stay locked into a VR rig as long, but my experience is limited.

Our two girls have only ever played it for up to 30 minutes…. I’m just happy they’re doing something different than watching a show on TV or the phone 😬 (we have to work on our screen time) — this feels like a more collaborative family activity than watching a show and being totally zoned out We haven’t gotten them into console gaming yet !
