I dug out my old oculus 2 (I think) & decided to try to work out. Got a busted knee so I feel places like F45 will just demotivate me, I can’t do much with this knee so decided to try out an app I found on the App Store. I think it’s Fitness VR - did a break out a sweat in the beginner class 😂 me out of shape!!
